My name is Jacques, I am a fully qualified FA coach, and L3 PT. I have played at professional levels, and competed at higher levels in athlete. Currently studying BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs.

Private Training session with only the individual and one of our coaches, and it's a fantastic way to improve. Each session is divided into four categories: technical, tactical, physical, and mental. 

 

The sessions can be personalized to the individual's desires and needs, which can truly help them get ahead!
